Brighton by the Sea & Arundel Castle

Tour lasts 6-7 hours

Take this opportunity to visit the South coast of England contrasting the elegant town of Brighton and its oriental Royal Pavilion with the medieval fortress of Arundel Castle.

Brighton Pavilion

Brighton has been a famous seaside resort since the eighteenth century. Compare its elegant Regency squares and terraces with the rich opulence of the Royal Pavilion, the magical palace of the Prince Regent. In the nineteenth century John Rash designed the domes and minarets, transforming the structure into one of the most exotic buildings in Europe.

Arundel Castle, a huge medieval fortress, looms large over surrounding English countryside. With its circular keep it is a smaller version of Windsor Castle and is lived in today by the Duke of Norfolk.

Your return journey takes you through some of the most delightful countryside and villages in the county of Sussex.
