The Big One! — Stratford, Cotswolds, Bath & Stonehenge

Tour lasts 12 hours

An exceptional day tour encompassing England's most popular sights — a rewarding but long day, not for the faint-hearted!

Bath Cathedral and Roman BathsStratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare and the town that provided most of the imagery to perhaps the greatest poet of the English language.

Cotswold Countryside, a lovely area of rolling hills, stone-built villages and cottage gardens. Stroll along tiny lanes dotted with antique and country-craft shops, tea rooms and wonderful ancient inns!

Bath is possibly the best preserved Georgian city in Britain - although of course built on Roman foundations dating from AD44. The mineral waters taken for good health by visitors throughout the centuries are still available today.

Ancient StonehengeStonehenge, was raised centuries before Christianity by the primitive peoples of England. The site comprises of an outer ditch, an outer ring of standing stones 14 ft high, brought from as far away as Wales, and an inner horseshoe. The alter stone sits at the centre.
